Matthieu Saghezchi is a French art director with 13 years of experience in animation and virtual reality projects. He is currently working on the development of several animated series projects in Paris. 
 
In 2021, he became an Emmy Award winner as well as an Annie Award nominee with his Production Designer role on the VR film “Baba Yaga” from Baobab Studios.
 
Previously, he art directed animated television shows with various Paris-based studios. He also worked closely with "Disney Legend" Andreas Deja in Los Angeles.
 
He is a graduate of the Ecole Emile Cohl animation school in France. His artistic inspirations come from his Persian heritage, mid-century animation and theme park design.
